Why one group?
Both companies work in regulated environments, where procedures are followed, actions are documented, and trust is earned with evidence. That shared way of working is what brings them together under one group.
The group’s symbol is two test tubes lettered A and B. In the group logo, one tube carries the turquoise of AB CleanRoom Services and the other the blue of AB SoftLoop: one group that holds both companies.

What does the parent company add?
AB CleanLoop Group owns both companies, which gives it direct oversight of how each one operates. Leadership, standards, and risk are managed from one place, so both companies work under the same expectations for procedure, documentation, and accountability.
Insurance is being consolidated at the group level, including a $3 million umbrella liability policy.
Leadership
AB CleanLoop Group was founded by Bert Rendon, who also founded AB CleanRoom Services and AB SoftLoop. He learned to program in 1993 by looking over a developer’s shoulder.
